Installation Day: The Timeline

Step 1: Arrival and final check (15 minutes)

When I arrive, I’ll walk through the job one more time with you. We’ll confirm the indoor unit position, the outdoor unit location, and the pipe route. If anything’s changed since the quote, we’ll sort it out now — not halfway through the install.

Step 2: Indoor unit mounting (30–45 minutes)

  2. Check for studs — I’ll use a stud finder to locate the timber framing behind the plaster. The mounting plate needs to be screwed into studs, not just plaster.
