Do you charge for callouts or quotes?
Standard quotes for new electrical and air conditioning work are free. For emergency or fault-finding visits a callout fee applies, and we tell you the rate before we drive out so there are no surprises.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
For genuine electrical emergencies in the Brisbane Bayside and Redlands area we aim to be on site within 1–2 hours, 24/7. Call 0419 014 146 and Aaron will give you a realistic ETA on the spot.
Do you provide written quotes before starting work?
Yes. For anything beyond a small repair we provide a written, fixed-price quote in writing before we book the job in. No hourly creep, no surprises on the invoice.
What areas don’t you cover?
We focus on the Redlands and Brisbane Bayside (roughly Wynnum down to Redland Bay, Carindale across to Mount Cotton). If you’re just outside that footprint, call anyway — we can usually still help or refer you to a trusted local sparky.
